Our Customer Guarantee:

Hall’s Garden Center and Florist has a 1year guarantee on our trees and shrubs! Plants that perish because of their own weakness will be replaced or a credit will be issued. The plant along with the receipt will be required should an adjustment be needed. However, Hall’s reserves the right not to credit annuals, vegetables, tropical’s, herbs, houseplants, B&B Christmas trees, plants overwintered in containers, those damaged by animals, sold on sale, discounted or special promotions.

We ask that reasonable care be given to your new green friends, understanding water and light requirements. Should you have any questions on how to plant properly, please ask our team of professionals or ask for our “how to plant” handout. Payment for plant material must be made in full to honor our guarantee and replacements occur one time only per incident.

Planting Charge: Hall’s Garden Center and Florist can install any of our plant material at a rate equal to the cost of the plant. The same guarantee applies.

Delivery: Delivery is available at Hall’s Garden Center and Florist.  Local deliveries will be charged in accordance to the posted amount at the registers.  Delivery outside a 15-mile radius will be quoted upon request.
